This page explains how to request deletion of your Arthix account and associated data. Arthix is developed and operated by TO Solutions. It applies to the Arthix mobile apps (Android and iOS) and the Arthix web platform.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Arthix account and associated personal data, submit a request to our team using either method below:
- Open our Contact page and select the subject "Account Deletion", then fill in your registered name, email, and mobile number with the message "Please delete my Arthix account"; or
- Email support@arthix.ai from the email address registered with your Arthix account, using the subject "Delete My Arthix Account" and including your registered full name and mobile number.
Our team will verify your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.

Upon a verified request, we delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days.

| Account/configuration data (user ID, roles, preferences) | Deleted. |
| Messages, campaigns, and contact records owned by your Firm | May be retained by your organization (Firm), which owns this business data, in line with its own policies. |
| Records we must keep by law | Retained only as required for legal, accounting, or security obligations, then deleted. |
Requesting deletion of specific data only
If you want to delete only certain data without closing your account, contact us through the Contact page or email support@arthix.ai describing what you would like removed, and we will action it where possible.
