No. Arthix charges a flat SaaS subscription fee only. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly by Meta through your Business Manager account. We never add a surcharge or markup on top of those costs.

Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any point during your billing cycle. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
