1. User Responsibilities

Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business communication purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Meta Compliance: You must follow all Meta WhatsApp Business policies, guidelines, and best practices at all times while using the platform.
  • Prohibited Activities: Any form of spam, fraud, deception, or misleading marketing through the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

2. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must report unauthorized access immediately.

  • Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with third parties.
  • Unauthorized Access: You must notify Arthix immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Payments and Billing

Users agree to pay all service fees on time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

  • Timely Payment: All fees are due according to the billing schedule associated with your plan. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • Account Suspension: Arthix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with outstanding payments until all dues are cleared.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.

4. Data Protection

Users must obtain necessary consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages and comply with all data privacy laws.

  • User Consent: You must obtain explicit consent from your end-users before sending them any messages via the Arthix platform, including marketing and transactional communications.
  • Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and India's IT Act, as applicable to your jurisdiction.

5. Compliance with Meta Policies

Users must adhere to Meta's guidelines to avoid suspension or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API.

  • API Usage: You agree to use the WhatsApp Business API within the bounds defined by Meta's terms of service and usage policies.
  • Content Guidelines: All messages sent through the platform must comply with Meta's content policies. Violations may result in API access revocation.
  • Termination: Arthix reserves the right to terminate any account found violating Meta's policies without prior notice.
